Bitpay, Binance and almost all cryptocurrency platforms and payment systems constantly monitor your transactions as part of the AML procedure. The main solutions used are from Bitfury, Chainalysis and Elliptic, solutions that automatically analyze transactions and determine the origin of funds by linking your Bitcoin addresses with your real data.

The main disadvantage of bitcoin is that any transaction can be tracked on the blockchain. A Bitcoin mixer mixes coins from different participants, making the process of tracking transactions much more difficult. The disadvantage of a regular mixer is that when you send your coins to the mixer, you may end up with someone else’s coins with a bad origin history. That is, instead of anonymity, you will get big problems. Our mixer has a “Max Anonymity” mode, using which you receive purified coins from bitcoin exchanges, with a guaranteed good history.
The “Precise Payment” mode is a complete analogue of the “Max anonymity” mode, with the only difference being that the amount you specified will be sent to the address specified in the first input field, while in the “Full anonymity” mode you will receive random amounts to both of your BTC addresses.
It’s not obligatory. You can enter the same Bitcoin address in both fields. However, we introduced a system with two addresses for a reason; in the case of “Precise Payment”, this is necessary in order to make any payment (to someone else’s wallet) with the exact amount, and receive the change to your wallet. In the case of “Max anonymity”, the presence of two Bitcoin addresses allows you to further anonymize your coins.
To start cleaning, your incoming transaction needs to have 1 confirmation by the network. Unfortunately we cannot speed up this process. Transactions with high fees and priority are usually confirmed in 5-20 minutes, and with very low ones – up to several days. You can wait for the transaction to be confirmed (it will not be removed from the mixer) or use a transaction accelerator (Google: “Transaction Accelerator”).
If you sent us your bitcoins, they will be returned to you in any case, within the time specified in the letter of guarantee and the cleaning mode. If you did not have time to send bitcoin to our wallet, then the cleaning will not begin, and your coins will remain with you. In this case, simply create another order.
Incoming address is valid for 7 days (168 hours). All payments made after this time will be ignored. Therefore, please do not send money after 7 days.
We do not keep logs. All service information required for the cleanup is wiped within 24 hours of the completion of the cleanup. Thereafter, the only proof of cleaning in our service is a letter of guarantee, which stays with you.
Minimal amount for purging is 0,001 btc “Basic Anonymity” mode. All amounts less than that will be treated as donations. Maximum volume for one transaction: Mode “Basic Anonymity” – 1 btc. Mode “Max Anonymity” – 50 btc.
Do not panic! First, check with blockchain.info that you sent coins to the system-generated wallet. If you see your incoming transaction, make sure it is confirmed and it is more than 2 or 6 hours since 1st confirmation (depending on mode). It is very likely that you sent a payment with a low fee and it took a long time to be validated. If the transaction is confirmed, but coins are not returned to you, write to our support and attach the replenishment address given by our mixer and preferably a letter of guarantee. We will definitely look into it.If the delay was our fault, we will refund your commission.
